Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of talktoterry.co and any products, programmes, or services provided by Thriving Tuesdays Pte Ltd (UEN: 202602313M), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, trading as "TalkToTerry" ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site, paying any fee or deposit, or enrolling in any product or programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
TalkToTerry offers career transition coaching products, programmes, and services — including but not limited to 1-on-1 coaching engagements, short-form strategy sessions, group programmes, and digital content. Services are typically delivered via video calls (Google Meet), asynchronous messaging (email, WhatsApp, or equivalent), and written materials.

The specific scope, format, and deliverables of each product or programme are disclosed on its respective sales page or in purchase confirmation materials.

Our coaching is guidance, not a guarantee. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer, secure an interview, or achieve any specific career outcome. Hiring decisions rest with employers and depend on many factors outside our control.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices for each product or programme are disclosed on the respective sales page or during the purchase process. Payment is processed via Stripe (or another payment provider we may engage from time to time). All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, are either included in the listed price or disclosed at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Each product or programme has its own refund terms, which are disclosed clearly at the point of purchase (on the sales page, in the checkout flow, or in the purchase confirmation). Those programme-specific terms form part of these Terms and take precedence for that particular purchase.

Deposits and booking fees are typically refundable if refunded before services are rendered, subject to the specific terms disclosed for that offer.

Paid programmes may include a cooling-off period or satisfaction guarantee, the terms of which are disclosed on the relevant sales page or purchase confirmation.

Already-delivered coaching sessions, downloadable materials, or content access are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless the specific offer's terms state otherwise.

To request a refund under any applicable terms, email support@talktoterry.co with your order details. Refunds, where granted, are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Scheduling and attendance
You are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions at the agreed time. Sessions not attended, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, will not be rescheduled or refunded unless the specific programme terms state otherwise. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
All frameworks, templates, worksheets, written material, and recorded content provided as part of any TalkToTerry coaching programme remain the property of Thriving Tuesdays Pte Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this material for your own career development. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or use this material to train any AI or automated system without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Conversations and information shared during coaching are treated as confidential. We may reference client experiences in marketing or teaching in anonymised and non-identifying form. Identifying details will not be shared without your explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkToTerry's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services is limited to the total amount you have paid to TalkToTerry in the twelve months preceding the claim. TalkToTerry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching engagement at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). Refunds, if any, will be governed by the refund policy in Section 3.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
